Truth is, men desire feminine women.
I personally think that all women should be open to femininity. That doesn’t mean that all women need to be feminine, but receive it rather than suppress it.
Some women do not identify with femininity; and that’s perfectly okay.
But, most people have a misconception that ‘girly’ and ‘feminine’ are merely the same.
If a women’s appearance is girly, she is thought of as feminine.
Yes, there is a bit of a correlation, but being girly doesn’t necessarily mean you’re feminine.
Another common misconception is that ‘feminine’ automatically means a woman is emotional and sensitive.
Although, a feminine woman can be more of an emotional and sensitive being than the average woman, that does not necessarily mean it’s a bad thing. It’s all about your mindset and your willingness to evolve as a woman.
Becoming a feminine women starts from your inner core, and works its way to your exterior.
Here are a few qualities that will help you become a more feminine woman:
1. Let go of your desire to be right
I am not suggesting that you stop the playful banter, or stop expressing your point of view, but rather, biting your tongue when you feel like your directions to the restaurant are quicker, easier, or ‘right’, and his are not.
The need to be right does not display your feminine energy. In fact, it’s more of an alpha-male quality/need.
Constantly criticizing his methods, or telling him he is wrong is emasculating and a turn-off. Want to be an attractive, feminine female? Check that desire to be right at the door, homegirl. A man will not appresh it.
2. Become a receiver
Learn to let men simply ‘do’ for you. Let them show you small acts of service if they want to. Let them choose the table at the restaurant, carry your book bag, change your lightbulb, take your dog for a walk, etc.
This plays into your feminine side by just saying, “Yes! Thank you! I appreciate this!”
Saying yes, should feel great. Try it, until it becomes habitual for you to say “yes.”
Learn to let men in. Break down some barriers around yourself, your heart. Feminine women do not have boundaries up to block out a man’s desire to open you up at your core.
Women are nuturers. Feminine women care about everything and keep their hearts wide open. Oftentimes, this leads to experiencing pain. But that’s the beauty of a feminine women.
No matter the pain or suffering, a feminine woman would rather have a broken heart than live a life unable to feel so deeply and compassionately.
Being vulnerable does not have to be so negative and scary. Vulnerability is beautiful and important in developing your feminine self.
Get out of your head. Learn to be free – spiritually and mentally. Let go of any limiting beliefs that lead you to become, bitchy, nasty, judgmental, etc.
A truly feminine woman is a feeler. She makes her decisions based off her feelings rather than logic. If it feels right, she dives right in. If she feels slight hesitation, she wants out.
A woman can not be in touch with her feminine side if she is not mentally and spiritually free.
You’ll notice a difference in yourself when you are free. You’ll walk lighter, and you’ll be able to feel your heart expanding. How awesome is that!
Let a man be a man, and always show appreciation for a masculine man.
A masculine man, is the ying to our yang. Masculine men can be the reason why we [feminine women] feel so understood, so open, and so free at times.
A man who just knows how you tick, how you feel, how to handle you, is hard to find. Trust me! If and when you are fortunate enough to come across a truly masculine man, be grateful, and keep him close.
6. Work that smile
Smile, girlfran! A smile is the sexiest curve on a woman’s body. A man loves when a woman can genuinely smile, and genuinely smiles a lot. And who doesn’t?
A genuine smile is always beautiful. It’s refreshing, and it’s unfortunately rare. Just smile, 24/7. You have so much to smile about.
& you never know who’s mentally photographing it :]
That’s not too hard, is it? Now go, start feminating. Yeah I just made that word up, and off it goes to The Antaranary!
